This talk will explore various strategies for incorporating linear constraints into the Quantum Approximate Optimization Algorithm (QAOA), a pivotal approach for practical quantum computing applications. The study compares three methods: transforming constraints into an unconstrained format, introducing penalty dephasing, and utilizing the quantum Zeno effect. This research is crucial for addressing constraint satisfaction problems in fields like supply chain management, energy distribution, and financial modeling.
